These terms of sale govern the sale of online courses, digital content and craft products offered on the platform by ORSO VOYAGE and by partner transmitters and artisans.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Applicable VAT is computed based on the destination country at payment. An invoice is issued for every order.
Payment is made by card through our provider Stripe, in a secure environment. The order is confirmed once payment is validated.
Physical products are shipped by the partner artisan or by ORSO VOYAGE. Shipping fees and times are shown before payment and vary by destination zone. Tracking is shared on dispatch.
Courses and digital content are available from your account after payment. By requesting immediate access, you waive your right of withdrawal on this digital content, as allowed by law.
For physical products, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the unused product, as provided by consumer law.
Knowledge is shared for cultural and informational purposes. ORSO VOYAGE connects buyers and knowledge holders and cannot be held liable for inappropriate use of the content.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts.
